Damaged Product:
If your item has arrived damaged or broken, we greatly apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us (contact@montessorivero.com) to discuss a remedy. We can ship a similar replacement item or refund you for the cost of the broken item.
Customer Choice:
We want you to be happy with your order. After shipment, if you change your mind, for any reason, please contact us at contact@montessorivero.com within 2 hours of purchase to cancel your order. All sales are final. If a refund is requested for an item received, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping service to document shipment of the returned product. The original delivery costs are non-refundable. If your purchase is eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
